The apartment park is located in a spacious, green environment in the suburban area of Soroksár (District 23), Budapest. It is situated close enough to the M5 motorway access road to ensure dynamic and easy reach of Budapest's main hubs, yet far enough to allow you to enjoy peaceful relaxation in your home.
In addition to the fresh air and the generous sense of space, the area boasts a complete infrastructure; everything essential for a high-quality, comfortable lifestyle is within easy walking distance.
Just like in our previous development, one of our primary focuses here is to ensure that the architectural design exists in perfect symbiosis with its surroundings. Leveraging the outstanding features of the location, Soroksár Apartments creates a harmonious and livable residential environment with its unique, clean architectural style set in a nature-close atmosphere. The project consists of 15 apartment buildings, each featuring 4 residential floors with a total of 360 units for sale, including penthouse apartments with expansive terraces on the top floors. The final number of units may vary during the sales process due to potential requests for unit mergers.
The nearly 2-hectare site ensures comfortable and livable spaces between the buildings, while simultaneously providing abundant natural light for all apartments. From a natural light perspective, the project will feature the most ideal, south-facing orientation.
